A Washington County woman accused of running a puppy breeding facility on both sides of the river entered a guilty plea in court.
Tuesday, Sharon Roberts pleaded guilty to 10 counts of failure to register a dog with the Assessor's Office in Wood County Magistrate Court.
Her attorney George Cosenza says the guilty plea was part of a plea agreement in which 1 count of failure to register a kennel and 40 counts of failure to register a dog were dropped.
Roberts now owes more than two thousand dollars in fines and court fees.
