Anthony Nichols II, who admitted to robbing two gas stations and leading officials on a high speed chase this past summer, is sentenced to jail.
27-year-old Nichols the second pleaded guilty to two counts of Robbery, one count of Abduction, and a post release control speculation in October.
Officials say Nichols robbed the Par Mar in Barlow and the Country Corner Store in Bartlett in July.
A judge sentenced Nichols to five years in jail for one Robbery count, four years for the second Robbery count, and two years for Abduction, which will be served concurrently.
In total, Nichols will spend the next 10 years behind bars.
He would be serving 11, but he has been credited for time already served.
Nichols has been taken to a Zainesville jail to serve a separate sentence.
