We all should remember that as teenagers we thought we were invincible. Let us not judge one another, but remember when we were trying to find ourselves between a boy and a man.

To the families of Mitchell Fisher and William Alex Joy, please accept my deepest condolences on the tradgic passing of your sons. They were both too young and didn't have a chance to live their lives. My heart aches here in New York state and I will continue to keep you and yours in my prayers till some comfort is found. An idividual who knows you, her user name in Pogo is jennifer, requested prayers from perfect strangers and we are all doing that at this time. May your sons be in God's arms at this moment and may God's arms be wrapped around you and yours. God Bless you all.

Willy and Sherri,my hearts cries for you also. The loss of a child is not an easy task to deal with.Just know we are always here for ALL of you.We will forever keep BOTH families in our hearts.I myself have two young children,an it scares me to think of them growing up in this day an age.Things have changed so much over time.To all, that has sent prayers and thoughts of hope, love, and togetherness, may God Bless you all! Alex and Mitch were very bright young men. They just happened to make a very terrible choice. They will for ever remain in our hearts and prayers.I myself just hope and pray this has made the teenage children in all communities realize, that BAD THINGS CAN HAPPEN. Pleas to all you young adults out here,Think, before you react!Always realize everything is NOT ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA.It may seem to be at the time, but as we all know,it always don't end they way we think it should. So for the Joy and Fisher families, keep them in your hearts, thoughts and prayers!May God be with us ALL!!!

No matter why this accident happened or who was doing something they shouldn't, the fact is that two wonderful young men have died. We should not try to judge them, rather we should look to the times we shared with them and the lives they touched during their short time here on earth. We share in the sorrow over the loss of these boys and pray for the families to find peace and comfort in their memories.

our family would like to thank you for your kind words about Alex and Mitch. My sisters and I grew up with the Fishers and Alex and Mitch's dad are good friends. Our boys were good boys finding themselves and made an adult decision with a teenage mind. We have a huge void and appreciate that people in the community that did not know Alex and Mitch are thinking of them. I too hope that this creates a second thought for our young children. Please continue to pray, as the next few days will be unable to describe for the Fishers and all of our lives are forever changed.

Our prayers are with your family and friends. It is tragic to see such a loss.

I know words can't be much consolation for the parents, families, and friends of these two young boys. However, I'd like to say that the whole community is greiving for the loss of these 2 boys. I do hope that through the grief that the rest of the young adults in the area can have a moment of clarity. They are not invincible. Parents can't protect you from everything, even yourself. I know that this will be an event I will remember when my son gets to be around that age, about 12 years from now. My thoughts are with their families in this tragic time.

God be with both families during this difficult time. We'll keep you in our prayers.

Seeing that crumbled car, just breaks my heart. Those poor children and their families! They are children who made a mistake as children do, but it can't be changed. That picture should be posted in all schools (with the story that goes with it) as a visual of what really can happen. They are not invulnerable and bad things can happen to good kids. When the oldest of my nine was in high school a dear classmate died in a foolish car wreck. I believe it was a sad wake up call to the rest. My love to all concerned.
