Hundreds of people were enjoying the sweet taste of fall this weekend in Belpre.

This weekend was the 30th annual Apple Butter Stir-off.

The Boy Scouts and a church helped prepare apple butter both before and during the festival.

The Lion's Club says this is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year.

Most of their proceeds help people in need buy eyeglasses.

Organizers estimate they made $3-thousand dollars this weekend.
