Belpre residents will be going to a different place to cast their ballots on Nov. 4 this year.
Officials said most of the voting locations in Belpre weren't Americans with Disabilities Act accessible so voters in six precincts will go to Stone Elementary School.
Belpre Mayor Mike Lorentz said guides will direct voters to rooms on the east end of the school based on their precinct.
Mayor Lorentz wants to make election day a community event.
The women's club will be serving a meal to voters from eleven in the morning until the end of the day.
"And hopefully everybody accepts it well because this is the one thing we can do to make sure that everybody who wants to vote can with no problems. There's parking, there's accessibility with ramps and so forth and nice wide doorways and plenty of restroom facilities and it's just going to be real nice for us," said Mayor Lorentz.
Stone school closed this year when the Board of Education approved a reorganization to cut back costs.
