The jury has not come to a decision yet in the case of a Washington County man accused of shooting a Sheriff's Deputy.

Officials say the jury will reconvene at 9:30, Tuesday morning, to continue deliberation and decide whether Berecz had an intention to kill.

Berecz is accused of holding police at an all-night standoff back in April.

He is also accused of shooting Sergeant Scott Parks in the face and two passers-by that same evening.
