Bill Thayer is nothing but a lying theif. He made many promises to bring many jobs to the area. He wrote many bad checks to local people and companies. He should be kept in jail.

Bill Thayer hired my small company to clean Hanger #5 which totals 25,000 square feet and he refuses to pay for the service. He tipped my guys $100, but he will not pay his bill. I have a lawsuit filed at Pakersburg Magistrate. The guy is a crook.
