Being dishonest does not pay at all,what the heck was this guy thinking ?? He has ruined his career, his life and may get some time in prison, it is all about greed and stupidity.

Go to the Wood County Clerk website. Click on online document images. Enter Hayhurst Richard. Uncheck everything but liens. Click search. This guy is a big time habitual offender.

Richard Hayhurst is a great person. People that don't know him shouldn't be so easy to place judgment.

well at least he admits to it...thats a first..doubt he will get any time. He is a well known attorney. They all seem to take care of thier own around here.

Hayhurst was the attorney for Sequelle Communications. A coincidence? I think not!
