An Ohio man is set to be sentenced after pleading guilty to drug charges.
Thursday, Demetrius Haley pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Crack/Cocaine, Possession of Crack/Cocaine, and Tampering with Evidence.
Last year, officials with the Washington County Prosecutor's Office say Haley was involved in two different drug busts in Washington County.
In the July 2008 bust, police found a .45 caliber loaded pistol and 71 grams of crack cocaine at a home on Franklin Street, in Marietta.
Police say Brandon Jennings was also involved in this bust and he has pleaded guilty to Trafficking in Crack/Cocaine and was sentenced to 17 months behind bars.
In the March 2008 incident, they say Donmiano Gray and Raeshawn Dunning were also involved, they have both pleaded guilty and are waiting to be sentenced.
Haley's sentencing has been set for December 30.
He is out on bond.
