A former Mid-Ohio Valley's Most Wanted has been acquitted of Battery.

In May, we told you about Keith Barr, wanted by the Parkersburg Police Department.

Police say last September, a man went into Buffalo Wild Wings in Parkersburg and felt a tap on his shoulder.

When he turned around, Barr allegedly hit him in the face and ran away from the business.

Thursday, Captain Delmas Barker told WTAP that Barr appeared in court Tuesday and a judge dismissed the charge against him.
