Some doctors said losing an hour of sleep this weekend could affect you more than you may think.
According to Dr. Barry Louden many people said they just aren't right for about two weeks after the time change.
Dr. Barry Louden said "Go to sleep at a typical time, awaken at a typical time, try to get exercise at a typical time and actually center our daytime around getting enough sleep rather than the opposite which is what most of us do."
He said sleep deprivation can lead to not thinking as well, moodiness, and being a danger driving.
