Washington County authorities have arrested a convicted sex offender, after a woman says he peered over a stall divider in a public restroom.

Thursday night, a woman using a restroom at the Washington County Courthouse says she caught Ryan Davis looking into the stall at her.

Davis ran away, but was confronted by two other women.

Officials say Davis shoved one of the women to the ground.

Deputies arrested Davis later at his home in Marietta.

He faces charges of Voyeurism, Assault and Burglary.

A Marietta Municipal Court Judge set Davis' bond at $16,500 and he remains behind bars Friday night.

Officials say Davis was involved in a similar voyeuristic incident in 2004 and was sentenced to five years in prison.
