WTAP News A man who led authorities in New Matamoras on a chase earlier this year has been sentenced to a year in prison.

A New Matamoras man who led authorities on a chase earlier this year has been sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court.
Lionel Gore received 12 months and ten days in prison Friday.
Gore was arrested in March, after leading police on a chase...and then fled after crashing his vehicle.
He was also accused of selling 12 doses of heroin to an informant last year.
