Exactly a year after the investigation began, one of the men accused in a double homicide in Wood County was back in court Tuesday.
Jaymason Robinson appeared before Judge Jeff Reed for a suppression hearing. Robinson's attorney requested that one of the search warrants be removed from evidence.
Judge Reed didn't make a ruling Tuesday, but took the request under advisement.
Robinson's charged with two counts of murder and two counts of concealing a dead body.
He'll will be back in court on October 22 for another hearing.
You may remember Robinson and James Walters, Junior were arrested in connection with the shooting deaths of Lester Wratchford and Eric Sprouse in September of 2009.
In April of this year, Walters pleaded guilty to a felony charge of arson.
He could be called to testify during Robinson's trial.
Robinson remains behind bars at the North Central Regional Jail.
