A morning accident sends one man to the hospital after the crash flips his jeep over in Parkersburg.

The accident happened just before 11 Friday morning at the intersection of 16th and Plum Streets.

Officials on the scene tell us Huey Long sped through a stop light at the intersection in his jeep. That's when another car driven by Rebecca Elder of Belmont, WV hit his jeep causing it to flip and roll down Plum Street.

Long was treated and released from an area hospital.

Somebody might want to tap ol` Huey on the shoulder and tell him that red light means stop. I hope the lady wasn't injured.
