Marietta Teen Gets 9 Years in Prison Save Email Print

A Marietta teen who admitted to attacking an elderly man learned his fate in court Wednesday.

19-year-old Ricky Boice was sentenced to 9 years in prison for aggravated burglary.

Boice was arrested in January along with 19-year-old Joshua Burkhart.

Officials say the two admitted to breaking into 69-year-old Arthur Lee's home and then robbing and beating him.

Burkhart was also found guilty of aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery in march. He will be sentenced May 16th.

Hooray for the justice system.Punks like these deserve every minute they have coming behind bars.Thank goodness another Thug taken off the streets.Society can breathe another breath today
