The suspect in a Parkersburg murder plans to plead guilty to the crime.
Fredrick Fly II was in Judge Robert Water's courtroom on Wednesday for a status hearing.
Fly's attorney, however, told Judge Waters that Fly intends to enter a guilty plea of second degree murder.
Fly was arrested on April 25th of last year, two days after police found the body of John Monroe in his mother's Juliana Street home.
Judge Waters set Fly's next hearing for May 20th, that's when he will enter the guilty plea.
