Many of Marietta's attractions will be free to see Thursday.

The castle, The Anchorage, The Henry Fearing House and Children's Toy and Doll Museum are free, as well as tours of the Colony Museum.
You can catch a ride on the Valley Gem or the trolley for $5.

The Convention Visitors Bureau says its a good opportunity for mid-Ohio valley residents to see the sights.

That's generous though a Thursday???, when most people are working? Wouldn't it be great for the Tourists, if the Visitor's Bureau was open when they( the tourists) are here...usu.. Sat, Sun and Mon? Too many complaints by tourists regarding "no info. except pamphlets available"...Visitors Bureaus should be dedicated to Visitors!!!
