New jobs are coming to Meigs County.

Gatling Ohio is a coal mine facility that will employ about 200 people.

An Ohio State University economic impact study determined that the project will contribute 58 million dollars in new revenue to the area.

The company expects the mine to be up and running in early 2009.

It's located near Racine in southern Meigs County.
