A Parkersburg man accused of threatening co-workers was stopped today on his way to that area, with a gun in his vehicle.

Authorities say Frank Balestire, of Parkersburg, threatened people at Pressley Ridge over a employment dispute.

Thursday, he was pulled over while heading in the direction of Mountwood Park where Pressley Ridge is located.

That's when authorities found the handgun in his car.

Balestire was arraigned this afternoon on a charge of making a terroristic threat and his bond is set at $200,000.

I personally know him to for lets say 27 years. I cannot imagine him harming anyone let alone children. As for an investigation on Pressley Ridge and the employees doesn't the state do that regularly and a psych. available for the employees.
