A Wood County man accused in the death of his wife last December, was in court Thursday.
The State filed a motion to get a blood sample from David Wayne Kaufman.
Prosecutor Ginny Conley argued that there are two pieces of evidence that show Martha Kaufman may have been strangled with a cord.

Conley says the other is autopsy results.
Judge Robert Waters granted the State's request to have Mr. Kaufman submit a blood sample.
