A Parkersburg man is behind bars accused of dealing dangerous drugs.
The investigation started on June 28th when the Major Crimes Unit along with the Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force searched the 14th Street home of 21-year-old Kendall Ray and confiscated drugs and cash.
The investigation since has lead to the arrest of Ray, who is charged with delivery of cocaine and posession with the intent to deliver marijuana.
Both charges carry a potential 1-15 year jail sentence.
Ray's home is located near Parkersburg South High School. Police Chief Gerald Board says this arrest will remove the distribution of a significant amount of drugs from the streets.
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
