Route 2 in Pleasants County is now open after storm damage shut down one lane of traffic Tuesday morning.
Officials with Pleasants County 911 say Route 2 one half mile north of Belmont was closed due to a power line falling on a tree, which in turn, fell on a tractor trailer.
