Two men remain hospitalized in Columbus after an explosion at a Washington County plant on Thursday.
Fifty-four-year-old Edward Fogle was flown to Ohio State University's Medical Center after an electrical explosion at the Mondo Polymer plant Thursday night. The Marietta man is listed in serious condition.
Ricky Hockenberry was also injured in the explosion, and taken to OSU Medical Center. He remains in fair condition.
Officials say at least one of the men suffered third degree burns.
On Friday WTAP contacted the Mondo Polymer plant, but they declined comment on the situation.
In addition, WTAP also contacted the Ohio Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Representatives for the organization were unaware of Thursday's accident. They have now started taking information to determine if an official investigation will be launched.
