A Marietta man has been arrested on a laundry list of charges including drug possession and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

28-year-old Mitchell Needs has been arrested by the Marietta city police department.

He is facing felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, attempted escape, and tampering with evidence.

Needs is also facing misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, interference with custody, and contributing to the unruliness of a minor.

He is being held in the Washington county jail.
