Judge Finds Former Belpre Police Officer Not Guilty
WTAP News A Washington County judge returns a directed verdict of not guilty in the trial of a former Belpre police officer.

A Washington County judge has found former Belpre police officer David Garvey not guilty on all charges.
The judge issued the ruling at the request of Garvey's attorney just after Thursday's lunch break.
Garvey was facing four felony charges.
Those charges include obstructing justice, theft in office, tampering with evidence and bribery.
The other charges were related to a traffic stop and a bottle of confiscated pills.
