The Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport is looking for ways to get the word out about its proposed $2.8 million levy.
Airport manager Terry Moore says, aside from media advertising, ideas include speaking to organizations about the need for the levy, which will be on the November ballot.
The issue will need a "yes" vote from 60% of those casting ballots for passage.
"It's a national election, so I think it will be a really good turnout," Moore says. "It's an opportunity for people to voice their mind on it. So, in that regard, I think it will be good."
The ideas were discussed Friday morning, at a joint meeting of the county and regional airport boards.
