A suspect is under arrest for allegedly phoning in Tuesday's bomb threat targeted at Parkersburg High School.
The individual, whose name has not been released, was detained by police shortly after students returned to classes, an hour and fifteen minutes after Tuesday's threat was called into the Wood County 911 Center.
The call was received shortly after 11:00 am.
Students were moved from classes to the PHS Field House. They returned to class around 1:00pm.
The suspect's bond was set at $50,000 dollars.
Wood Co. Schools Superintendent Bill Niday says that, if the individual is a student who is found guilty, he will then recommend to the Board of Education that the student be expelled from school.
