You've seen his face on countless television commercials, and Wednesday morning some Marietta kids got to see Subway star Jared Fogle in person.
Jared is in the Mid-Ohio Valley for the next few days talking to kids about his famous weight loss eating subway sandwiches.
Students at Harmar Elementary School gathered to hear Jared's story. He says one thing that really gets kids attention is when they see the pants he wore at 425 pounds.
Jared says: "It's hard to really imagine how big that is but when you show the pants it makes a big difference with these kids and they ohhh and ahh and they giggle. But I really think it sends a message home with them and they're like wow. And my message with them is very simple when I leave here I hope they say to themselves I want to do everything in my power so they never ever have to wear a pair of pants that big themselves."
Jared is also visiting Gihon Elementary Wednesday and will visit a number of other Washington county schools Thursday.
You can catch a live interview with Jared on daybreak Thursday morning!
