A 21 year old man is out on bond after being arrested on charges of possessing child pornography.
Justin Ash was arrested Wednesday morning by the West Virginia State Police Task Force on three counts of possession of child pornography. All three are felony charges.
Ash is accused of having the pornography downloaded onto his computer's hard drive.
He was arraigned Wednesday morning in Magistrate Joyce Purkey's courtroom and a conditional bond was set at 30-thousand dollars.
Because Ash was able to bond out, the conditions of his bond are that he be placed on home confinement, he have no contact with any minor children, and that the computer be removed from his home before he returns to it.
For each felony count, Ash faces up to 2 years in prison and a 2-thousand dollar fine.
