Democratic candidates from across Wood County gave voters a chance to listen to their plans for the future.

The Wood County Democratic Executive Committee hosted a "Meet the Candidates" event Thursday night.

It was held at the Judge Black Annex Buliding on Market Street in Parkersburg.

Dozens of folks stopped by to meet and ask questions to officials who are currently in office and folks running for office.
