Voters in Washington County will not only be voting for the next president this week they'll also be voting for or against a levy to help kids get mental health help.

please explain to me why the people in washington county are not interested in helping children out as a mother of a special child i know how important those services are how can anyone vote no on this issue children are important and if they get the help they need then they can grow up to be productive member of society and have a chance at a better life why would someone try to take that away from them?????
