Wood County 911 dispatchers said since 10:30 a.m. Saturday the AT&T cell phone provider has been experiencing problems.

Wood County customers may or may not be able to reach the 911 center.

Wood County 911 supervisor William Riffle said It is unknown how long the service will be down but AT&T is working on it.
