A morning commute turned into a scary situation for a Walker, West Virginia man.
Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant Todd McDonald says Richard Monroe was turning southbound on State Route 7 from County Road 10 and noticed something was wrong with his car.
Monroe quickly pulled over, got out of the car and the vehicle went up in flames.
