I understand all to well about the concerns for heating this winter. I know a family of 6 the Father/husband a vet and was out-of-work for 3 months. Doing all they could to pay the electric company to ensure they would have heat. That didn't matter to Allegheny power company though, they don't care at all, this home is heated by electric and no matter what how cold it is, Allegheny comes and turns it off. They are not the only ones this happens to. One of these days I hope we don't receive word that this family died do to no heat and were found frozen to death. And sorry/sad to say this is probably what will have to happen in order for Allegheny/wv politicians and the utilities commision to have happen in order to wake up.
