There's a possibility that 350 new jobs could be coming to the town of Waterford.

Solsil, is a company that specializes in the refinery of silicon for solar panels and Solsil may soon be calling Waterford home.

And before that happens the Ohio EPA held an open forum tonight to hear the communities questions and concerns.

The issues on the agenda was the protection of air quality and two draft permits for Solsil.

OhioEPA's Evironmental Specialist, Christina Wieg talks about the permits, "We've put drafts into place to make sure that the Solsil Company, if these permits are finalized, will comply with all applied Ohio administrative code Ohio regulations as well as any federal regulations that are in place."

If you have any concerns or comments you can contact the Ohio EPA Divison of Air Pollution Control by 740-380-5223 or click here.
