doubt that low dui have anything to do with people getting message.... We humans are pretty dumb when you get right down to it....we take a beautiful planet and turn it into a dying cesspool..... I would guess low number of dui is because of bad economy..... you know no money for gas and beer walk to store get beer walk home get drunk..... ? tho how is the domestic violence over the past year????
Sure they were low. The police state and MADD make sure no one goes out anymore due to fear of losing everything they have after sipping one wine or beer. They are going to far with this patrol on holidays routine. They are killing bar business.
