A man arrested in October for allegedly having child pornography in his possession will now undergo a mental evaluation.

Monday, 21 year old, Justin Ash, appeared in Judge Robert Waters' Parkersburg courtroom.

Ash is accused of downloading pornography to his computer's hard drive.

He faces three felony charges of possession of child pornography.

For each felony count, Ash faces up to 2 years in prison and a $2,000 fine.

After a hearing, Judge Waters ruled that Ash undergo a mental evaluation.
