The very charges that Patrick Slider is accused of running from in 2008, he pleaded guilty to Thursday in a plea agreement, in Washington County.
Patrick Slider pleaded guilty to charges of drug felony, possession of Fentanyl and trafficking Oxycodone.
You may recall, Slider was facing trial for numerous drug charges in March of 2008 for stealing pills from Stericycle, a company that discards controlled substances for hospitals and nursing homes.
Slider fled before going to trial for those charges, leading police on a manhunt across several states, ending in his arrest in September, in Michigan.
Slider faces other charges, including aggravated robbery and inducing panic in Athens County, in relation to his disappearance.
For his drug related charges, Slider faces up to fourteen years behind bars.
