Arrest Made in Belpre Christmas Vandalism Case
WTAP News A nineteen year old, Belpre resident, has been arrested, accused of damaging Christmas lights and mailboxes throughout the city of Belpre.

A nineteen year old, Belpre resident, has been arrested, accused of damaging Christmas lights and mailboxes throughout the city of Belpre, over the holidays.
Kenneth Cobb Jr. was arrested for Complicity.
Belpre Police officials say Cobb participated in the damaging of Christmas lights and mailboxes throughout Belpre.
Just last week, a video was discovered on YouTube, showing the suspects breaking Christmas lights on residential homes.
Last Friday, officials said they were also investigating two juvenile suspects.
Cobb is scheduled to appear at the Belpre Mayor's Court, on Tuesday.
