A Marietta man charged with rape, kidnapping, and child pornography has been indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury.
Daniel Keck has been indicted on 6 counts.
Those counts include 2 counts of rape, 1 count of kidnapping, 1 count of gross sexual imposition and 2 pandering obscenity involving a minor.
The latter charges involve allegations that Keck was videotaping minors at his Marietta residence between 2002 and 2003.
Keck, according to prosecutors, also owned a residence in the Stockport area of Morgan County.
"Apparently, the defendant owned a cabin out in the country in Morgan County," said Assistant Washington County Prosecutor Kevin Rings, "and used this also as a location, where he would take the boys and engage in this type of behavior with them."
The indictments include specifications which, if keck is found guilty, could result in forfeiture of his Marietta home and the Morgan County cabin.
The 42 year old Keck was arrested earlier this month after a juvenile contacted police about a relationship between the two.
Since Keck's arrest, more boys, under the age of 18, have interviewed with police as potential victims of Keck.
Rings said the police investigation is continuing, and asked anyone with more information on the case to contact Detective Troy Hawkins at the Marietta Police Department.
