If Marietta had more buisnesses like restaurants and clothing stores it would have a lot more tourists and oppourtunities for these kind of things to happen. Since Marietta has those building codes, no one wants to build anything because they don't want to spend the money putting up dirt to approve to the codes. If the city did not have the building codes the would have a whole lot more buisness.
