Going Up Again
WTAP News
Hope you enjoyed those lower prices at the pump. They're increasing, just in time for summer.

Would have been nice if the story had some explaination of what was driving the price increase rather than speculating it was up coming summer demand. Could have performed some investigation to determine if the oil prices were increasing, gasoline futures were rising, or if supply had shortened. Next time lets do the real digging rather than taking a picture of a gas station sign and proclaiming the prices are going up.

How quickly the powers that be forget that high gas prices were mainly responsible for the downturn in the economy. It seems they are heading back to square one, just when things seemed to be turning around for the better. It is so obviously just gouging by the greedy.

This is crazy and now they say it's because they are getting ready to use the summer blend, well that is not true as they dont even use a summer blend in this area, this is just another way for them to stick it to the working people..

Rising in anticipation........ Does this mean that it has nothing to do with supply and demand? The supply is more than has been on hand since the first Gulf War when gas was 0.899 a gallon. Demand is less than before that with the economy as bad as it is. So why should prices be 2.5 times higher than what they were after the first Gulf War? It is plain and simple price gouging!
