I was there with him... it wasn't the driver or the atv, it the cow that ran out in the path cause a farmer doesn't know how to check his fence lines... don't run down the atvs run down the farmers.

atv's just don't run off the road and kill people. They don't have a brain, can't think, drive dangerously, show off, go faster than their skill will allow, or operate IMPARED! (the no 1 reason they are crashed) Wish I could say that about some of the people who ride them. It's a machine, nothing more, nothing less, that if used properly by people that are mature, skillful and sober enough can be used in everyday life from farm work to a Sunday afternoon ride/ picnic with the wife. Ive owned one (or more) utility models since 1988 and use it daily on my 113 acre farm, its as valuable as my tractor or truck. People who have never used, owned, or ridden one will ever understand the need for atvs. They will however keep reading the negative print( and belive) that atvs are costing the public tax dollars because they are unsafe! Wise up people. Don't blame the machine. Glad to hear this rider will live to ride again.
