It's true. Air Evac has done hundreds of thousands of flights without incident. People really need to get their facts straight. They fly the safest birds in air medical and they have an outstanding safety record. Accidents happen and we learn from them.

Air Evac is a wonderful company. They are here to serve our community when no other company would have gave it a thought. I spoke with an air evac nurse just last week and they received an INTERNATIONAL SAFETY AWARD. This company has 87 active bases if those are the one incidents then I would say they are safe. I would truct them any day to fly meor my family. Flying in a helicopter is just as dangerous as me going into a house fire. Air Evac actually has one of the best safety ratings. YOU NEED TO CHECK FAA FACTS Before you point fingers.

This group has the worst safety record in the country for aero-medical services. I wouldn't fly with them if my only other option was a turnip wagon to get to a trauma center.

Doddridge County needs a better landing zone for emergencies like this. I'm glad nobody was injured when the copter hit the lines!
