Nineteen-year-old Christopher Browning of Vienna has been charged with DUI causing death.
Browning, the driver of the vehicle, was released from St. Joseph's Hospital Tuesday morning and transported to Wood County Magistrate Court.
The 19-year-old has been charged with one count of DUI causing death.
Magistrate Donna Jackson says the count carries a minimum of two years in jail if convicted and a maximum of ten years.
Browning is currently free on a $20,000 dollar bond.

One man is dead and another under arrest Tuesday after a fatal accident in downtown Parkersburg Monday night.
The accident happened around 10 P.M. at Fourth and Ann streets in downtown Parkersburg.
Police Sergeant Matt Board says the driver, 19-year-old Christopher Browning of Vienna, had been drinking and drove his car into a guardrail.
Sergeant Board says the impact caused his passenger, 19-year-old Nathaniel Day of Parkersburg, to be partially thrown from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
A second passenger, 20-year-old Charles Jackson of Mineral Wells, was injured in the crash. Jackson is in serious condition Tuesday at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

Authorities have released the names of the men involved in a fatal car accident Monday.
It happened around 10 P.M. at Fourth and Ann Streets in downtown Parkersburg.
Police Sergeant Matt Board says the driver, 19-year-old Christopher Browning of Vienna, drove his car into a guardrail and slid about 250 feet.
Sergeant Board says after the impact his passenger, 19-year-old Nathaniel Day of Parkersburg, was partially ejected and died at the scene.
A second passenger, 20-year-old Charles Jackson of Mineral Wells, was also hurt in the crash.
Police say Jackson was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. His is in serious condition Tuesday morning.
Browning, the driver, is still being evaluated at St. Joseph's Hospital Tuesday morning.
The cause of the crash is unknown at this time. The Parkersburg Police and Fire departments as well as the Wood County Crash Team will continue the investigating Tuesday morning.

Officials with the Wood County Crash Team say one person is dead and two people are injured, after an accident at Fourth and Ann Streets, in Parkersburg.
A little before 10pm, Monday, Parkersburg Police, Fire and the Wood County Crash Team responded to a one-vehicle car accident at Fourth and Ann Streets.
Officers say it's likely the vehicle was speeding and that one person was partially ejected.
One person is dead and two are being treated at an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation and officials say they should have more information in the morning.
