I'm with Anonymous..Marsha what your posting oon this website is wrong. Why don't you donate to that fund since it's your family. I myself donated lots to your family because I feel sorry for all parties involved & did'nt get a thank you. The money goes into the Karen Byers fund not to you! I also donated a few groceys to David Dowler today and apoligize it coudn't be more becuase of all the other money hungry rude people.....

Is this guy still staying in the home? We've been by this location more than once and theres always an older gentleman sitting on the porch....I would'nt think this would be a safe place for anyone to be. I am gonna gather up some snacks and have my boys run it upto him.

with all due respect to Brian, volunteers CHOOSE to do it for free...don't knock the paid firefighters b/c it is their career...all firemen are respected for there efforts paid or not

I am guessing Marsha accidentally posted that here - she probably thought she was on the other page. I'm pretty sure it was a honest mistake.

Marsha that is RUDE. This you are posting for money for another family when this family just lost their home and everything else in a fire today. Let this family have their own comments on this page, they too need help. Keep the comments about jeremy and david on their site. Please be considerate of this family now.

I'd hate to do be a firefighter today, with the hot temperatures and all that gear they wear. At least the Parkersburg firefighters are getting paid... volunteer firefighters do it for free.

ANy help for jeremy and Dave Midcap will be greatly appreciated, We are also accepting donations for the family, they can not afford this along with this tragic accident. Please you can also send donations to Deborah Barker at WesBanco and all proceeds will go to the family so we can put father and son to rest together.
