Vienna Police are looking for three people who stole nearly $30,000 worth of merchandise from the Grand Central Mall this past weekend.

It happened on Friday afternoon sometime between 1:00 and 4:00 PM.

Vienna Police say three Hispanic people walked into Victoria's Secret and distracted the clerks by pretending not to understand English.

Police say when the clerks were distracted, someone raided the store and stole $25,000 worth of items.

The same thing happened at Aeropostale where the thieves made off with $5,000 worth of clothes.

"Usually these are people that travel around and do this as a profession, if you will. We're unfortunate to have them stop through our area. I don't have any indication that these people have been involved in prior incidents. Sure the nature of the incidents have been similar. There have been similar things that have happened," said Patrolman Michael Pifer, Vienna Police Department.

Police say the thieves left in a white minivan.

They do not have any leads at this point.

Police say there is no surveillance footage and they are just going on what witnesses observed.

They say there were at least 3 men and women between the ages of 25 and 35 that were well-dressed.
