Two Columbus men are behind bars in Washington County after officers say they fled from authorities and one of them was in a stolen car.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Christian Polanco and Mark Ashbrook were clocked going 86 miles per hour in two separate cars on I-77 southbound.
Officials say the pair tried to flee by getting off at exit six.
Officials say Ashbrook rear-ended Polanco when they got off the interstate.
Troopers stopped with Polanco and arrested him for driving under suspension and reckless operation.
Officials say Ashbrook fled the accident and then abandoned his car.
Marietta Police were able to find him and he was arrested for driving without a license, reckless operation, and leaving the scene of a crash.
Officials say the car he was driving was reported stolen in Columbus.
Officials have not filed charges for the stolen car yet, and the two will be arraigned Monday.
