I am a student at WVU-Parkersburg and I feel instead of remodeling that old building why not just build new builds on the campus like a new Nursing Building so that program can expand and they can do distant learning to and from that building. There are many other things WVU-P could if they sold that building and invested it to new buildings on campus.
With me being a college student at wvup, I think they should try to offer some of the classes they do for something like an off semester meaning if it were fall they could offer spring or summer classes there and visa versa. It would save people some gas and also help ones who are trying to graduate faster. Another idea would be to put in classes that did offer 4 year degrees so the people who have children and jobs here already wouldn't have to transfer schools and move away.
